A short introduction to strengths-based learning by Dr Gary Pritchard. Strengths-based approaches assume that people already have within them a group of talents and that these are the key to reaching high levels of personal achievement. This flies in the face of traditional thinking that suggests that strengths will take care of themselves, and that we need to work mainly to improve in areas of weakness.
A very practical introduction/summary of a Strengths approach to learning. This would be useful for students right after they take the Strengths Finder survey.
