Wow, this comment thread is a magnet for paranoid psychoses. Every time new technology comes along, there's a group of suckers who become absolutely convinced it'll be the end of everything. Well, we're still here. And we'll still be here when smart dust becomes the norm. In fact, we'll be living longer and healthier lives than ever before. And sure, there will be some reduction in our privacy and some people will inevitably exploit that. But on the whole, it'll be ok. Doomsday isn't coming.
