i agree. its not individual tricks, its lots of techniqusput together for a common goal. however ur individual stuff is awsom. just link them together more.

in my opinion, you guys should focus more on your techniques and less on your flips for the time being. I am not trying to demean anything you are doing, but parkour is about fluid efficient movement passing any obstacle (free running is expressing yourself as you go). It is better that you get more focused your techniques so that it is second nature. But that is just my opinion after all
