Arabs did create the number u are using!! there are many Arab scientists, though there aren't many now! most of them Go out to other countries and live there coz there aren't any opportunities for them at their countries. And Quran is not a copy, and if it is as u assume then the Bible is also a copy of the Torah. And for your information NOT ALL ARAB countries have oil!!
