hey congrats on the new you. im about to start p90x to help get in shape for spring football and i was wondering what exactly do you do? like is it just sitting in front of the tv and doing what they do and stuff? and i know u need equipment to do it to but im just not sure how it exactly works

All you need is a TV, DVD player and the DVD's and a place large enough to do the exercises (an area 8x8 feet should do)
You will need some dumbells from 15-25 lbs of weight or more (depends on your goals and fitness level) and a place to do pullups. Check out my website. I have a page called "How to get started with P90X" that explains everything in detail.
