  • @turbonissanzx EXACTLY! Probably 70% of guys I see seem just focused on upper body, and of course out of that bi's, tri's, pecs the most. I've seen guys who can bench over twice what I can who have legs that cannot push what mine can. I do everything. abs obliques, whole leg, whole arm, back, etc..i'm one of the few guys i see ever working for arms too

  • Good advise and it is seen often in the gym look at most of the guys there who have chicken legs. Not training there weakness points and rest is so important you should have talked about diet too.
