Amazing song! I've never tied a knot in the devil's tail, but i've knotted a mean old stud who even the devil himself wouldn't ride's tail.

This was the first Chris Ledoux song I ever heard.A friend had given me the tape back in 87 while I was in the Navy and when my ship pulled out for a shakedown cruise,I'd forgotten my tape collection and only had "Rodeos and Livin' Free" to listen to.I about wore it out that one month and it survived in my collection until some nefarious rapscallion stole all 300 tapes back in 2005.

This is also the first song I heard by Chris Ledoux. I was in the USMC. My friend Sgt. Kriesel told me you're either going to hate it or love it. Well, I loved it and still do. Thank you Kriesel if you ever happen to read this for introducing Chris Ledoux to me back in 88 or 89. (Sgt. Garcia)
