Note : House Rent Parties were common among black people. If you had some trouble to pay the rent, you could always arrange a House Rent Party. Invite your neighbours and let them pay a small fee and bring what they want to eat and drink. Music was of course obligatory !!!
We don't do so nowadays, but in the Financial Crisis, we have today it's a very good idea, I think.
Let's have some fun until the Financial Crisis is over !!!
