light jak by far. firt, he can sheild that "sword" and freeze time and attack dark jak. also while ur dark jak, u cannot obtain any guns. while ur light jak, just use the super nova and bam battle over

he doesnt get bigger and light jak could just use his sheild which would hurt dark jak if he touched him

but dark jak can turn invisable grow 3 times his hight and has powerful attacks. and light doesnt stop time he slows it down

light jak he can freeze time therefor freezing his enemys and he can rejenerate his health
