القضاء المصري أحد أعمدة الدولة التي يجب على الجميع إحترامها ، تعبيراًعن مدى العمق الحضاري لشعب مصر العظيم
تشهد الساحة الداخلية حالة من الجدل الواسع و القلق بشأن مستقبل البلاد في ظل جو من الشكوك و الشائعات التي تضغط على الرأي العام ولذا نؤكد على الثوابت التالية:
وقوف المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة على مسافة واحدة من كافة القةى والتيارات السياسية وعد الإنحياز لتيار أفئة
إحترام حق الجميع في التظاهر السلمي الي يراعي المصالح العليا للبلاد
القوات المسلحة حريصة منذ تسلمها المسئولية على تغليب ضبط النفس وأحترام الإرادة الشعبية
بإعتبارها جزءاًمن هذا الشعب الذي يمارس حقه في التعبير عن الرأي وعلى الجميع إحترام مبادىء الشرعية تحسباً من مخاطر الخروج عليها
إن إصدار إعلان دستوري مكمل ضرورة فرضتها متطلبات إدارة شئون البلاد خلال الفترة الحرجة الحالية من تاريخ أمتنا
