what type of mic are you using cos the one i use sucks balls picking up the cello
but picks up my guitar and piano fine

Hey Marcus, Most of my early posts were recorded with a AT4050 and a Mackie board. It's going through the mic-jack on my PC, (not the best path in) There was no audio processing.
The last two posts use this audio chain, RSM-4 mic, Studio Projects VTB1 pres, UA-1ex audio interface (digital in!), Movie Maker (vid), Cool Edit Pro 2.0 (aud).
BTW, Ur posts are GOOD! Interesting sound!
I bet u would really like the Audio-Technica mics! Very clean and detailed.
