Dear Ambassadors, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Chancellors, Secretaries of State:

We are calling for your Diplomatic Quarter in Cuba to provide, for free and with no interest, the access to internet for the Cuban people.

How?

-Equipping places inside your Diplomatic Quarter to the style of a "cybercafé" or cyber locutorio where the Cuban citizen can come in and connect to the internet in order to freely receive information of what is occurring in the world, in the same way any normal person in any part of the planet would do.

-Creating WI-FI spots (Hotspots) from your Diplomatic Quarter allowing the Cuban people to connect to the internet from outside of the Diplomatic building, using their telephones and laptops.

The internet access must be free and without censorship, filter or content control, as it is something totally normal in our current society. How many commercial places (Malls), cafes, supermarkets, libraries, educational centers and many others public or private places have a WIFI spot set up within their establishments? Nevertheless, in Cuba everything that is related to this technology is highly restricted, making it look almost satanic, like it is all part of a subversive plan coming from agents of the CIA. However, the use of WI-FI spots in Cuba with no lucrative intent is not illegal and it was recognized by a Cuban State Agent, who in a video that leaked through the internet, was giving a conference in regards to this topic.

We won't tell you how this proposition should be technically achieved, we are certain that your diplomatic building, as well as your government, have the needed resources in order to make it possible. The most complicated part is to get you to display the intention to do it and the determination required to bring to our Cuban brothers a window through which they would be able to breathe freedom. Maybe, in that same way, tear down the wall that is keeping the Cuban people living under censorship, allowing them to get to a point where the least of their worries would be how to connect to the internet.

Please, help the Cuban people, help them connect to the world.

With our most sincere regards,The Cuban Citizens.

Send this announcement to the following Diplomatic Quarters in Cuba (We will constantly bring it up to date)
