When performing a pirouette in ballet, allow the head to move freely, keep the arms in the port de bras position and keep the legs on the balls of the feet. Avoid doing a flat-footed pirouette turn with help from an experienced dance instructor in this free video ballet lesson.

You guys insulting her are so stupid. She is not trying to do multiple pirouettes if you can tell by when she pushes off shes not using all of her force. When demonstrating to beginners it is easier to learn the steps when done slower, for example lets say there is someone that is doing a bunch of turns into a very quick pirouette and then there is this video. Which one would be easier to learn from? This one. Its helpful for people who have no dance experience. So don't be rude.
