  • Israel has done so much in order to achieve peace what have the Palestinians done? Just look at the peace agreement proposals that the Palestinians (Arafat) have disagreed too... The problem is the Arab dignity. The Palestinians are afraid of what the Arab nations will think of them if they sign a peace agreement with the "Jews" and the "Zionists"!!!!

  • Well said, Cenk!!! You are awesome!!! Fantastic message.

  • Thank you Cenk; more people need to make an effort to think for themselves and, as he does, really try to see things from as many perspectives as possible.

  • now, the other thing you are wrong about is the order of the events. so i'll put it down for you:

    1)jews got non arabs land

2)the arabs invade just like i wrote last comment

3)Israel won the war and gain more land to make defensible borders between them and the arabs.

4)in 1967 Israel launched a preemptive strike on Egypt and Syria, Israel warned Jordan and the palestinians not to get involved in the war, buy they didn't listen and ended up losing land again . facts my friend, nothing biased

  • you are wrong on one thing, all of the land the jews got in 1948 were empty, no arab lived in the negev desert which is 40%, the jews lived there, and tel aviv and natanya and the other coast cities were around long before the holocaust, Tel Aviv is over 100 years old.

now in 1948 the arabs didn't say "Israel stole our land" they were saying we don't want a jewish state in the middle east, it's proven fact, go look for some of the arab videos from that time.

  • This guy is super reasonable. I like him a lot. And I am an ardent supporter of Israel. I would love to have a debate with him!

  • @bbphnix yup really. I don't remember the story very well but he really did it.

  • @issagc really?

  • @bbphnix FDR actually refused to allow a boat with Jew in it to take port in the U.S. That boat had to go back to Europe and obviously those Jews were killed by the Nazis

  • he gives isreal to much credit ...
