Tarot is much older than the traditional card deck. Playing cards were based on the tarot to hide it's true meaning during times of persecution. So you can use a playing card deck as a tarot deck (if you know the meaning of the cards) and no-one would know :-)

cool thats great I just got visit to hongkong last year and I don't know that theres such restaurant who dedicated to tarot!

It's right across the Street from the Crystal Ball Hotel and just around the corner from Ouija Dry Cleaners. You can get to it all easily via the Magic Carpet Taxi service.
