soy paraguayo, y a mi me parece que uds lo que quieren hacer con nuestra agua es lo mismo q el petroleo de iraq, entonces mejor anda protesta primero por la multitud de gente que ya mataron por el oro negro, y no nos jodan a nosotros que ya estamos mal sin que uds nos vengan a robar, entoncs no nos molesten....
