@Krypt1kal Most of them are liars, and hadn't heard this version prior to 'youtube' anyway.
They're trying to act like old school roots reggae fans, while theyre just 17 year old children who don't own a single CD or LP, and know the UB40 version from radio or tv.

For me it sounds really outdated and lacks passion, UB40's was pure magic. Sometimes covers improve over the originals, not always the original being the best one.
In this case saying that the original is much better than the cover seems so full of shit, but hey it's all about taste. Just stop comparing and bashing to other groups if you like this version better, can't stop you from doing it, but then you know you're indeed a douche.

It's fucking hilarious, a bunch of people tryng to look different and tasteful about music. But they only look like fools.
How many comments bashing UB40 do you see on a video of them?.
Saying that you prefer this version to all the others is one thing, but comparing it to another popular group and criticizing it, then that's personal and trying to get attention.
Saying you prefer "black" artists to white ones is a rascist comment to both, we all the same.
