This is my Raw Alkaline Spaghetti and Pasta Sauce Creation!
The pasta is made from 2 green zuchinni's shredded with a spirali machine.
The sauce has 1 large tomato, 1 large red pepper, 2 stalks of celergy, 1 clove garlic, 7 basil leaves, and 12 sundried tomatoes. The sundried tomatoes I bought were soaked in olive oil and DID NOT have the preservative sulfur dioxide! I was very happy about that.
