The song is about how how Jimmy Page will never die because he was part of the Yard Birds and Led Zeppelin. With the contrast in how he Jimmy Urine knows he will fade and yes Mindless Self Indulgence is one of the most unique outstanding "messages" in music I've ever heard, but they are not as popular and wont last as long and this song in a way is a monument to Jimmy Page I feel.
If it is an actual insult to Jimmy Page then I still see it as a monument. I hope MSI has a tour soon.
