@seikogoldwatch2009 True. He also was a very heavy drinker and smoked three packs per day. In the US we seem to demonize substances on a whim. No facts or logic behind any of it. Booze kills more people every year than all illicit drugs combined (when factoring in drunk driving accidents). Remember that nutty anti-crack campaign from the 80s? PSAs targeted middle class white kids despite the fact that crack was almost exclusively associated w/ poverty stricken inner cities. Puritanical hysteria
