The archon isn't a solo leveling class. I found it was only really useful in pvp and rifting. all those aoe buffs are a waste if you're by yourself.

I main an archon, and this is all wrong o.O Put points in chloro for radiant spores and bloom, and grab the elementalist for your third so you can have a pet tank to buff up bubble and heal if necessary, if you think about it, if you're a buff class and can have a pet... shouldn't you?

@TheBluey111 Yeah....I was expecting a "WoW killer"....I already play WoW....no sense in getting this if it's exactly the same. I'm going to try it anyways though....I"m sure it's a good game.

@tgnRift 450 mana per second for 10 seconds, not over 10 seconds.

Since they stopped Punishing Mages and Archons especially in 1.1 it's pretty amazing to throw either zero point Archon or even do 28 -30 point run in it. The Stacking stat buffs in higher levels makes you a beast easily having as much health as many warrior builds And since ashen defense no longer counts as your one armor buff you get a pretty good def boost for only a 2 point investment

Archon is a pretty school spec however i prefer rolling faces with pyromancer which is also useful while leveling. I've made a video with the build here: /watch?v=P62PXO2_kUw

TO MUCH STUFF TO DO WTF, imo the mage is meant to be simple, and hard hitting, needing only to do very little to kill a foe, like in wow my arcane mage can drop mobs in 3-4 easy shots, sometimes 2. this dude had to use like 10 thngs! WTF?? FAWK! LOL

You probably should show how to use these classes properly, do a guide for Chloro/Archon/Warlock, at lvl50 it can be as good if not better than a bard. The chloro will do more healing than a bard, archon will increase your cast time and damage as well as buff you and the raid, and then warlock for oppitunity and the easy charge gain.

Also Archon buffs buf the raid and not party, so in a 20 man raid an archon will buff everyone. Tbh i recommend only doing a guide at lvl50.

@UrANoobGtfo i played warhammer wow and rift and let tell rift give you way more thing to let you customize and make your caractere UNIQUE. not like wow where everyone got the same gear and warhammer sucked...

Rift is certainly not the new MMORPG who gona change everything but it's a good game.
