these low back pain exercises are simple and should be done everyday 1-2x/day, along with at least 6,000-10,000 steps/day.

Warning!!! do these exercises to prevent back pain, not as a cure for back pain.

Consult your doctor/chiropractor before embarking on this or any exercise program.

  • juannyboil, even without a bruise... a fall like that could have resulted in a fracture... go see your doctor and get it x-rayed.

  • Yes, these exercises can definitely prevent flareups. Again, beware...

these exercises are meant for non-back pain sufferers... not as a means to alleviate back pains. These exercises are advanced moves. Consult with doctor first, esp if you have had back pain in the past. A graduated program is best. I will be posting more videos soon, also for current back pain suffereres.

  • These exercises, I repeat, are if you are pain-free. If you are suffering... consult with a doctor first, and if appropriate... only do supine, on your back, gentle stretches. I will post more vids for that purpose.

  • these simple exercises are meant as a preventative exercises, not for current back pain sufferers. I will post more vids for the different stages soon.
