Taiwanese aborigines, 原住民 or yuánzhùmín literally original inhabitants is the term commonly applied in reference to the indigenous peoples of Taiwan. They are (Not Chinese) Austronesian peoples, with linguistic and genetic ties to other Austronesian ethnic groups, such as peoples of the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Madagascar and Oceania.
These song were sung by Samingad (紀曉君), a member of Taiwanese ethnic Puyuma people. and is about how they land is beginning to forget what is were once aka Facing extinction.

wow, taiwan is like northern luzon island. agree with everybody here, taiwan aborigines should be aware that we, from the philippines, indonesia, madagascar, brunei, singapore, malaysia, champa, polynesia and micronesia as one people!

to sweetygal88, wow! thank you for posting this. You are right, I have been doing a little research on the austronesian race and language. its quite beautiful. I actually went to Taiwan to visit the indigenous Center. It was very amazing to see. Thanks again.
