you just give the tactic´s and instructions to the players

@FootballManagerBlog I use the disc so I don't update it using steam I was just wondering.. when you update it do the players stats go up too like andy carrol at newcastle had okay stats but does he now have great stats at liverpool? I can't wait to see chris smallings stats on fm12 as he has been a beast at cb with vidic for united!!
