@TheLeilisa if you're in your teens then yes it could stunt your growth, girls dont like short guys! I guess you could start lifting at the age of 18+, but many men continue to grow taller even to the age of 21, so you could potentially be shorter than what you could have been if you do start lifting as a teen. I'd suggest lifting medium weights, not intensely heavy weights, and try to work on your CORE strength by doing press ups, situps and medium weight squats before you do the heavy stuff.
