Thank you for this video. My voice records softly (don't know why), so when I record my games I actually put my game volume down lots and increase my speaker volume (so I can't still hear it, but it records softly). That makes my voice relatively louder than the game sounds. When I edit, everything is too soft and I have been too lazy to increase the volume of all tracks manually. I only bothered to look it up now and this was the first result. Very useful! Kudos!

Hi. When I try to add music it lets it go into my Media files but when I add it to my timeline it says "Cyberlink Power Director has stopped working" Everytime! PLEASE HELP!

Hi, thanks for your advice. I am currently considering buying Powerdirector 8 after using Pinnacle Studio 10.6 for a number of years. It looks like Powerdirector can do all of the important things I need it to do for my videos and the reviews say that it is stable too.
Hi, is it possible to make small changes within a video track using this program? I am thinking about if, for example, someone turns their head away from the microphone in a video clip and their voice volume goes lower. Could just that section of audio be boosted?
Thanks

@rlennard2 there's a function called "normalize" for that which will level out the sound differences but I don't recall seeing it in PowerDirector. You can always export your audio. I recommend Audacity if you need more control over your audio. It's free software.
Or you could simply add two audio points to your audio track and manually just increase the volume for that part. Check out my latest how to add music video to see how that's done.
