گمج کباب، غذای فشتم در گیلان
Gamaj Kabab is a typical Foshtomi food from the village of Foshtom, in the north part of Iran (Rasht - Gilan). My grandmother used to make it for us. Gamaj is the type of pot used in Foshtom for cooking made of special type of clay. Gamaj Kabab is typical Gilaki food mostly made with beef, although here I made it with chicken liver. Also instead of butter, I used grapeseed oil which is healthier. It is a super delicious Rashti food!
