I know , i just dont stop posting so many things sry lol but finally i got something that look more like a flare, and i been so damn happy when i get it so i had to record it again. Trust me i ddint think that one day i would do them, yea i need to mastered them and all but the message here is BELIEVE IN URSELF and one day u get it too!

Shoot for the moon ... even if you miss .. you'll land among the stars ! Chasing the dream!

  • Yea i fixed it now i got master flares :P

  • To improve at the back practise Planches, or hold up a push-up position with your hands below your belly button as much as you can until you fall, repeat 20 times (20 falls). The next day you will feel and notice a big change and improvement. That's how I practise it.

  • Very nice :) Today I managed to do my first flare and it took so fucking long :D I think i´ll post some vids too to show you mine , but i´ll wait for that til I´m able to do 2 :D
