  • @henrjohw Directv is the same too. Each and every other rep. told me something different. I have had Directv for almost 3 years now but the prices are ridiculous. I want to switch to DishNetwork because their prices are inexpensive so if we pay our bill every month what should we have to worry about?

  • Dish Network has the absolute WORST Customer service I have ever delt with.

    Every agent tells you something different.

    I talked to a manager today after talking with 6 other agents just to find out that he was the KING IDIOT. I knew more about the equipment then he did. It's pathetic. They don't care about your problems. I'm truly disgusted. Oh well, all I can do is tell everyone I know about it.

  • Charlie Ergen is a liar. He says Dish does not charge for HD, never, ever. Yet I am charged $10 a month and after contacting Dish they said I could get FREE HD by extending my contract or paying $99 for FREE HD. What a bold faced liar !!

  • dish network sucks. I have had to replace the dvr box twice and my regular box once. They charge to come out and align the dish when it quits working- EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE SERVICE AGREEMENT! The customer service people are from fucking india and they try to explain what to do with an accent so bad that you just want to hang up. "Helvho tbwish iz diskhnetworghk hew can i helph you- thiz iz robert (no it aint , its fucking habib). Never sign up with them

  • I've been with Dish Network for a year now and I have been thoroughly unimpressed with their customer service. I was recently over-billed more than $250 for no reason that Dish Network's customer service could explain, all they kept saying was "sorry for the inconvenience." If it wasn't for the fact that I'd be forced to pay a ridiculous cancellation fee, I would cancel my service right now. Horrible company and their CEO is shown in this video LYING BLATANTLY.
