The Marshall family never expected Mary to be taken away with violence so suddenly. This is one of the few videos that exist today. It was taken during a family trip to Georgia about ten years ago. In the video is Mary's father, Clifford; brother, Mike; son, Josh; daughter, Stacie; and former husband; Gary.

Update, December 7, 2007- Christopher Luke Pratt, age 39, will soon be a guest of the Michigan Department of Corrections after a jury of six men and six women concluded their deliberations yesterday. Mr. Pratt was found guilty of domestic violence, felonious assault, interfering with a communications device and unlawful imprisonment of his most recent girl-friend. He faces 15 years in prison and will be sentenced by Judge Stephen B. Miller on January 7, 2008. He also has a pending charge of criminal sexual contact. That trial is scheduled for December 18, 2007.


Christopher Luke Pratt, Mary's former boy friend was the last person to see her when he reported she allegedly walked away from home at 10:00 P.M. on Friday, March 12, 2004. 44 hours later he called family in California, and they reported her disappearance to police.

The Marshall family thanks you for your support. We will have Justice for Mary and bring her home soon.
