It cost 30 dollars an ounce and i wouldn't eat it.Should be seen in high quality.Wagyu is a breed of cattle naturally predisposed to produce beef that is densely marbled. In fact, Wagyu http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wagy%C5%AB beef surpasses USDA
