I lived in Belmont Shore then and Fenders was 5 minutes away. Never had to worry about drunk driving then as braille would get us home. If it wasn't the Olympic, Stardust Ballroom, The Palace, Club Lingerie then Fenders was going off. I survived.....sometimes barely, but I sure had some fun gettin' roughed up.

Fenders was the best venue in the 80's. So many classic shows.
