静脈留置針を利用しない方法です。
14Gか16G辺りの静脈留置針を利用すれば簡単ですが、ない場合はこの方法が良いと思います。
11番メス刃で小さく切開しますが、表面は極力小さく、真皮層をある程度切開するためにメス刃の向きを変えて、先端を効かせるように真皮を切りこむのがコツです。キャッチ­を付ける際、シャフトをモスキート鉗子でクランプしておくと両手が空いてキャッチ装着が楽です。

@kcizhot Definitely not! The injection of the anaesthetic provides various risks, from allergic reactions over swelling to disruption of the heart rhythm. With all this cutting and stretching in several steps the risk of contaminating the wound is much higher than if you pierce it with a needle and just follow it through with the jewellery. So the risk of infecion is higher. Also you can easily rupture the tissue here. Or there can be bleeding. And the result is more likely to come out crooked.
