ARISTOTELIS

Aristotelis is one of the greatest ancient Greek philosophers. He was born in 384 B.C. in the Athenean colony of Stageira in Chalkidiki, his father was a doctor and his name was Nikomahos! After his father's death, he was raised by his uncle, Proksenos. In 367 B.C. he became Plato's student in
Athens. Aristotelis was also the teacher of Alexander the Great. King Filippos wanted his son to get in touch with the wisdom of his Greek heritage and Aristotelis was the perfect teacher! In fact Alexander said "To my father i owe my life, but to my teacher i owe my good life".
