The final twist in the new SMG highlighted series pilot; Ringer. The pilot ends with a mini cliffhanger in which we learn that Siobhan is really alive and well, smoking and plotting in Paris.

@tinytilly003 Yes, she made it look like she commited suicide so that Bridget can become her and she can run off. It is still unknown why she is doing this, although I'm sure it will be revealed soon.
