@Fr13dN3wb I understand that, I see Ziqo is the only one who uses improved blink, but he ran it to much success (3200 actually)

@LostInside1458 He explains why he doesn't use shattered barrier, and the Improved Blink... PvP is all about CC... the class with the best and most CC is the best class at PvP, which is why mage is so strong. They have silence (Arcane-tree), thousand freezes, slows, and then the final - Impact, which can be used as an interrupt, which is way better than a blink that improves your movement speed for 3 secs. You want to have all the CC you can get, you simply must prioritize CC above utility :)
