you're right this amp is special... you like it or not.
Not so bottom as you says.
you can find fine equalisation settings. Bass and trebble knobs work fine.

I tried this amp at a music store: found it a bit too trebly, no bottom. It really has the Fender sparkle. Distortion is ok , compressor works fine. Good amp for recording but not for me
