@Leopardstar12 Thanks for your kind words. You're correct: I can't give you an exact figure or even an estimate. Being able to see ab definition depends on so many things: body fat percentage, ab strength, the shape of the abdominal muscles, water retention or lack thereof. You should just focus on doing the movements with correct form. Build up your strength, eat nutritious foods and whatever happens (regarding "seeing" your abs) will happen on its own. :-)

I'm skinny to start with. I know you can't give an exact figure, but about how long will it take for a teenage girl to start sctually seeing the abs instead of just a flat stomach? I don't necessarily want a six-pack. I just want to be able to see the abs at least a little. Thanks for the awesome video by the way!

This video is right on time for me because iam in the process of trying to lose my stomach.
After having a baby i would like to work my abs. How many times a week do i have this exercises? And after how many weeks will i see some results, just to know i'm doing it correctly.

@kristelleke Thanks for watching. It's all right if you do these exercises 4-5 days a week. You should feel stronger and tighter abs after about 2 weeks, if you do it at least 4 times a week.

Wow I was like 3 minutes into it and I already felt it big time!! Thanks for helping me I'm 12 and I think my stomach is fat and this will be perfect for every day thanks 😁.
