The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that everyone older than six months be vaccinated against the flu each year. It's especially important for people in high-risk groups, including health care workers. But based on a study by the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research, many health care workers don't get the flu shot.

  • Very good topic & treatment. Feel free to "repeat" it as flu season approaches... and by "repeat" am thinking about different treatments... like for the very young, the elderly, during pregnancy, etc. Also, wouldn't mind seeing something about shingles vaccinations. ... and Medicare coverage.
