    Me too. I was surprised about how it gave the

    training program little time to see good results.

    After 2weeks after its training, I jumped higher

    quicker and can dunk easily,. And now,I share

    it to my team mates w/o hesitation cause it

    might helped us win every game. Anyway,

  • im 12 and i m 85 lbs.i am goin 2 try out 4 cheerleading this year and its an 85% chance that i will make it cuz there will be 8th graders who were on the squad last year and there will be new 6th graders cumin and im tryin not 2 eat so much so i wont gain weight because in high skool i want 2 be one of the smallest cheerleaders on the squad.
