UN Convention & us! Whizz-Kidz & Office for Disability Issues video project

Six young disabled people, ambassadors from the charity Whizz-Kidz, set out to make the UN Convention on the Rights of Disabled People more accessible - by applying their own experiences of school and socializing - in a video project in partnership with the Office for Disability Issues (ODI).

The short film was conceived by disabled young people - for disabled young people, with the production aided by the support of ODI volunteers.

The young people hope to inspire viewers to stand up for their right to participate equally in education and in wider society, and to have a say in decisions that impact on their daily lives.
