In terms of basketball on the court you are right they both are arrogant but understand this, when the competition is so stiff and you have completely dominated your opponent ex: MJ owned John Starks, Reggie Miller, and other guys, Kobe owned Shane Battier, ray Allen, and Ruben patterson (self claimed Kobe Stopper). My point is in competition you have to be arrogant to those you dominate and possible new opponents to beat them mentally. ASK THE GOAT ALI!! I agree with you brotha but being arrog
@Noble12479 There's a big difference between confidence and arrogance and yeah if i had kids regardless of how skilled or intelligent they were at a trade staying humble would always come first. There were incidents in the paper about Kobe being arrogant towards other people and the same with mike. being arrogant is being overly proud almost assuming your above another, confidence is simply having a strong belief in ones self or being sure of ones self Kobe and MJ were arrogant
Atla626, Kobe arrogant? YES!! He is you see uber competitors are arrogant I guess Kobe just wanna be like Mike! Let's say you have a kid who plays sports and you want him to be the best, you tell him to work hard, play hard, and be sure of himself. Your kid has put the work and is very confident in his abilities, so good and so confident that other view that confidence as arrogance. Would you tell your kid to tone it down I doubt it! Kobe, MJ, Ali, All the great ones were and are confident ErRR
@Noble12479 He's the best 2 Guard in all of basketball right now and probably the best we will ever see since jordan left but the reason people don't like him is because of his perception of arrogance, I've followed the Kobe and the Lakers for a long time and it seems like Kobe comes off as an asshole even though people don't know him thats the perception of him; Jordan was the same but people didn't care because everyone wanted "TO BE LIKE MIKE"

Jordan had his time and place. This line I will use ten years from now about Bryant. And that is not making KB24 any less of my favorite player ever.
