they are great but in my opinion they should leave the drums and the electric guitar out.they don't belong in bluegrass music!!

@minralb im with you

The electric guitar player is the amazing John Jorgenson of the Hellecasters, The Desert Rose Band and for a number of years with Elton John's band.

clog til you drop

Who is the guy on the Electric Guitar? And I agree with the guy that said he couldn't function on the stage with the "Earl Skruggs".
-
drums? hahahahahaha! drums are not cool enough for this music.

After hearing this I want Travis to release a bluegrass album. Joe Diffie did so why not Travis? =D
@bigmrclean people dont understand bluegrass musicians, this kind of pickin takes decades of practice unlike music nowadays when all you have to do is scream at a microphone and play as loud as u can. bluegrass musicians didnt need all the technology to play great music and they originally had to build there own instruments

@bigmrclean Earl Scruggs is the all time best in bluegrass, and when Lester Flatt was still alive they were the all time best in that music. Now that bluegrass has become kind of popular with the trendy city folks I'm afraid it will go the way of country and western, downhill until it's not worth listening to. I was born and raised in the south during the late 1930's when C&W was just becoming popular in the rest of the country, and it's gone WAY downhill in the last 20 years or so.
