This is a tool assisted superplay of Me playing as Blaze on the awesome Streets of Rage Series.
This is the 1st game of the series and I'm showing you my favourite level. It's a Superplay and not a speedrun otherwise I would have thrown every thug out of the stage and that makes it boring.

  • did u cheat cuz ur moving rllly fast

  • This isn't cheating. It's Tools Assitance. With tools like Frame-Advance and Save States you can create a entertaining video.

  • Man if I ever get good at my art and design, I'm gonna remake this game. The music, sound effects, character looks, are all gonna be the same, but I'll have a sweet FMV intro where Adam, Blaze, and Axel beat the living shit out of a bunch of punks separately introducing each hero (like FFX2's intro)! Plus the characters would say stuff when they beat a punk up, or the punk might cuss when he croaks! It would be fucking sweeeeet!

  • see Streets of Rage Remake. That's a very good fan made game.

  • bull shit ive played that game since i was 5 years old man and the charaters dont move that quick thats a mod ...

  • It's not a mod silly. Have you ever heard TAS. It uses slow motion and save states to prevent mistskes, making the movie entertaining and flawless.

    go to Tasvideos(.)org for details.

  • One advantage Sega had over Nintendo was that they used some pretty cool music for their games.

  • I always wondered if anyone on the ground was ever alarmed by the pile of bodies that wound up getting tossed off that elevator. Must've been pretty messy down there, lol.

Blaze: What?! No damn flowers get the @%#$ off my elevator! -does a reverse back kick-

Blaze: And never come back on here again. -goes to the next level on the elevator-

  • @Blactor Oh and nice try setting up a false equivalency with my grammar and yours. There's a difference between leaving out a few commas and just sounding like a fucking idiot who bangs his head on a keyboard to type comments. "I don't think this game has ages as well as its sequels," has ages? absolutely riveting. perfect example of someone who doesn't read what they type.

  • @Blactor I want you to read what you wrote in your first comment and then reread what you said recently. Were we supposed to discern all those details from your shoddily written comment? I think not. Also there are enough other good songs on this system that WEREN'T done by Koshiro to debunk everything you said about how astounding his work is here. You just dont know shit about them and therefore should stop implying you do.

  • @thangQanime

Secondly, it's well known that the Genesis has a shitty sound card, so it's amazing that Yuzo Koshiro was able to get the results that he did, so early in the life cycle of the machine. It doesn't matter how good the "music producers" are, the sound quality on the Genesis is still ass.

Third, any person who types "one last thing your comment that you couldn't believe blah blah music producers" really can't talk shit about other people's grammar or sentence structure.

    Troll.

  • @thangQanime

My friend's dad--who had an aversion to anything sounding like rap--had the TV hooked up to his stereo, thus giving the music an added kick. So, when my friend's dad came home and heard this game's soundtrack, he thought we were listening to music that he didn't like, and didn't realize we were playing a game. THAT'S how great the game's music is.

  • @Blactor nice try, but u fail. your comment really made no sense . you said your friend's dad came home and shouted for you to turn the music off. so how is that a testament to how good the song is? horrible example. also your english in that comment was horrible as well "...the music in this decades old game is THAT good!" wtf did you GO to school? one last thing your comment that you couldnt believe this was a sega song is stupid because everyone knows sega has good music producers

  • @thangQanime

...especially if you can't read English.

  • @Blactor Your comment makes no sense.

  • one of THEE best game levels ever :D
