Home Made PVC Horns

Air horns made of PVC, Aluminum Flashing and a Funnel. You can't really hear how loud these horns are in this video but trust me, they are loud. As a matter of fact, while I was tuning these in my back yard, a neighbor one block over called the police on me.

Yes, I am wearing ear plugs or I would have blown my ear drums with these....lol. And for the plans I bought them from the guy who came up with this. He is on eBay. Do a search for dozerboymiller on eBay and you will find the plans for about 15 bucks. The plans are very well put together and easy to follow. This guy is also on YouTube just do a search for train horns or pvc horns. I won't do a tutorial simply because this is not my idea and this guy deserves to make a buck on this.

Im am trying to figure out the mechanics of this internally. What makes the vibration inside. Is it rubber from a balloon perhaps or only metal. I have all other materials, but cannot figure out what it is inside. Help Please? Thank You
