you actually dont need a perscription for needles in MN. i was actually getting them for my diabetic brother and they thought i was a h shooter. i demanded to speak to the supervisor and got them. maybe instead of blaming drug addicts , people should hold doctors somewhat responsible for the million of narcotics they prescribe like candy. supply is just as guilty as demand

I am sure that the laws differ in every state but in some states, if a pharmacist sells syringes to a patient that is unable to provide proof of need or that the pharmacist has a reasonable suspicion will use for the purpose of injecting drugs and the patient is in fact using the syringe for illegal drug use, the pharmacist has then committed a crime by selling drug paraphernalia. Don't take the video too seriously. Its just an over exaggeration for those who have ever worked in retail pharmacy.
