my name is lorraine, and back then a local rock group with the lead singer in love with me changed the lyrics then sang right to me the kids went wild, even though all called me raine anyways nice memory.....raine

@Divadivina87 "When it's over, so they say" it refers to the storm, so said war, "It'll rain a sunny day", or, it will rain on a sunny day.
"Have you ever seen the rain?", well you get the point.
