The first part of my new montage series called 'When Trains go by', which shows my hobby as a trainspotter and railway enthusiast. Narration is provided by me (Matthew Kay) and helps describe, in detail, what the trains in this video are and where they go to.

The clips are filmed at the following places:
Middlewood railway station (Class 150, Class 156 + an SRPS Special hauled by two Class 47s)
Poynton railway station (Class 390, Class 221, Class 220 + Class 323)
Rose Hill Marple railway station (Class 150)
Romiley railway station (Class 150, Class 142 + Class 66)
Marple railway station (Class 142)

The name of the special passing through Middlewood station is SRPS Buxton, which is hauled by 47580 and 47270 along with 11 maroon coaches, heading back to Linlithgow in Scotland. Filmed on 8th October 2011 (08/10/11) at Middlewood Station.
