Roberto Galcia accidentally deports Sealand while Stryder, Ryan and Richard play the Football Jazz

President Mike Haggar has discovered corruption in the small area of Sealand which is outside Metro City, he was going to send Dan but due to that he injured his hand while trying to woo Sakura, Haggar sends out his half brother Roberto Galcia.

Roberto agrees with Mike Haggar on one condition that he gets a cheque for $100 if he can sort the problem. While he is at Sealand, he finds a man looking for some sailors and two girls who think that they are sailors which 5 minutes later he clashes with a drunken man. He easily defeats the drunk using the art of fighting and confronts a small boy who was hurt by a gang.

Roberto discovers that the gang had a woman his age so he tries seduces her and gets her phone number but Traviata "Alphonse" Margarita would rather share a scotch instead.

Will Roberto stop the corruption? Will Roberto make a scenario between choosing "Alphonse" or helping the small boy? Sadly nobody knows due to water damage.
