@barinit of course, but think of what a jump costs - 18 dollars or so for 45-55 seconds of freefall. An hour of freefall in the sky would cost a little over 1200, not to mention the fact that it would be impossible to do 60 jumps in one hour. If you're working on freefall skills, a tunnel wins hands-down.

That's actually called a windtunnel, and will cost you a couple million dollars. Places charge anywhere from 700-900/hr for coaching and tunnel time
